EXPORT, REVERSIBILITY AND SWITCHING PROVIDERS
Version 1.0
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This page describes the features and procedures made available to Enginora Clients to retrieve their data, switch providers or transfer their data to another environment.
It also serves as the information register relating to Enginora’s exportable data, formats and reversibility arrangements.
It supplements the Enginora Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
1. PRINCIPLE
Enginora enables the Client to retrieve the main data relating to its projects and use of the Service in structured and reusable formats.
These features may be used in particular to:
- keep a copy of the data;
- continue processing it in another tool;
- migrate to another provider;
- transfer the data to infrastructure or a system operated by the Client.
Where Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, known as the “Data Act”, applies, I AND YOO facilitates switching providers in accordance with the obligations applicable to it.
2. DIRECT EXPORT FROM ENGINORA
The Client may use the export features available in Enginora to retrieve exportable data associated with its projects and territories.
Structured data is provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Depending on their nature, Deliverables may in particular be retrieved in the following formats:
- CSV for structured data;
- HTML for Drafts;

4. REGISTER OF STRUCTURES AND FORMATS
The following table presents the main exportable data structures currently used by Enginora.

HTML and Markdown files are provided as text files that can be used independently of Enginora.
Relationships between several structures may be represented using their respective identifiers.
This register is updated when the structure of exportable data or the available formats change materially.
5. TECHNICAL EXPORT AND REVERSIBILITY INTERFACE
Enginora provides an authenticated technical interface enabling the Client to initiate and retrieve exports of its data.
This interface is made available without a specific charge.
Where a Client wishes to allow a destination provider to participate directly in its migration process, I AND YOO may provide the information or access arrangements necessary, subject to:
- the Client’s authorization;
- the applicable security measures;
- the access rights associated with the Account.
The interfaces and technical arrangements may evolve with the Service, including to improve portability, interoperability or security.
The necessary technical information is provided in the application or, where necessary, by I AND YOO as part of a switching request.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A PROVIDER SWITCH
Use of the self-service exports does not require a specific request to I AND YOO.
Where additional assistance is necessary to switch providers, the Client may use the contact form.
The request must make it possible to identify:
- the Account concerned;
- the project or projects concerned;
- the data the Client wishes to retrieve;
- where applicable, the destination provider authorized by the Client.
I AND YOO may request the information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s authorization and secure the transfer.
7. SWITCHING PROCESS
Where the Data Act applies, I AND YOO cooperates with the Client and, where applicable, with the authorized destination provider to facilitate the switch.
The process may include in particular:
- identifying the data to be transferred;
- preparing or generating exports;
- making the data available;
- providing assistance reasonably necessary for the transfer;
- confirmation by the Client that the process has been completed;
- termination of the relevant Service where requested by the Client;
- deletion of the relevant exportable data, subject to legal retention obligations.
The switch is carried out without undue delay and within the time limits imposed by the applicable regulations.
8. AVAILABILITY OF DATA AFTER SWITCHING
Where the Data Act applies to a provider-switching procedure, exportable data remains retrievable for the minimum period provided for by the regulations after the end of the transition period.
At the end of that period, the relevant data may be deleted where the Client has requested termination of the Service, subject to:
- legal retention obligations;
- rules relating to technical backups;
- other applicable mandatory provisions.
9. FEES
Enginora does not charge specific fees for:
- use of standard export features;
- access to the technical export interface;
- normal exercise of the rights to switch providers provided for by the Data Act.
Ordinary fees corresponding to use of the Service remain applicable until the effective date on which the Service ends in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
10. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
Enginora exports enable the relevant data to be retrieved but do not constitute an executable copy of the Enginora Service.
Switching to another provider therefore does not guarantee that that provider:
- uses the same data model;
- offers the same features;
- presents the information in the same way;
- produces the same analyses or results.
Certain adaptations may be necessary to import or use the data in another system.
HTML or Markdown Drafts may also require adaptation before integration into a CMS or other third-party tool.
11. INTERNAL ITEMS NOT EXPORTED
Subject to mandatory rights provided for by applicable regulations, Enginora exports do not include internal elements required for Enginora’s own operation, including:
- source code;
- system prompts;
- internal processing chains;
- credentials and secrets;
- security configurations;
- internal orchestration mechanisms;
- information protected by the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of I AND YOO or third parties that does not constitute exportable data within the meaning of the applicable regulations.
These exclusions are not applied where doing so would deprive the Client of a mandatory right relating to its exportable data.
12. BILLING DATA AND OTHER SERVICES
Billing documents are accessible separately through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Data that I AND YOO or its providers must retain under legal, accounting or tax obligations is not necessarily deleted when switching providers.
The processing of personal data also remains subject to the Privacy Policy and, where I AND YOO acts on behalf of the Client, to the Enginora DPA.
13. SECURITY
I AND YOO maintains the applicable security measures during the process of retrieving and transferring data.
Where data is transmitted directly to a destination provider, the transmission is carried out only after appropriate authorization from the Client.
The Client remains responsible for selecting its destination provider and for the security of the environment to which it subsequently decides to transfer its data.
14. EVOLUTION OF FORMATS AND INTERFACES
Enginora may change:
- export formats;
- file structures;
- technical interfaces;
- transfer methods.
This page is updated where such changes affect the information necessary for the Client to retrieve or transfer its data.
Where interoperability standards or specifications become applicable to the Service under the regulations, I AND YOO adapts the relevant technical means in accordance with the conditions set by those regulations.
