ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY — ENGINORA
Version 1.0
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules applicable to the use of the Enginora service.
It supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”).
By using Enginora, the Client agrees to comply with this Policy and to ensure that persons acting under its responsibility also comply with it.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE
Enginora is a SaaS service intended for professional use in SEO, GEO and editorial workflows.
The Client must use the Service:
- in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- in accordance with the Terms;
- in accordance with third-party rights;
- in a manner compatible with the security, integrity and normal operation of the Service.
The Client remains responsible for its use of Enginora and for the content it chooses to provide, generate, modify, use or publish.
2. UNLAWFUL CONTENT AND DATA
The Client must not use Enginora to knowingly create, transmit, process or distribute manifestly unlawful content.
In particular, uses intended to produce or facilitate the following are prohibited:
- content whose distribution is prohibited by law;
- defamatory content or content constituting an unlawful threat;
- content infringing third-party intellectual property rights;
- fraudulent content or content intended to facilitate fraud;
- content or operations whose main purpose is the commission of an offence.
The fact that Enginora generates or suggests content does not mean that such content is lawful, accurate or suitable for the intended context.
The Client must exercise its own review before any use or publication.
3. SENSITIVE DATA AND DATA PRESENTING PARTICULAR RISK
Enginora is not designed to intentionally process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.
Unless I AND YOO has given prior written approval, the Client must therefore not use Enginora to intentionally process in particular:
- data revealing racial or ethnic origin;
- political opinions;
- religious or philosophical beliefs;
- trade-union membership;
- genetic data;
- biometric data used to uniquely identify a person;
- health data;
- data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation;
- data relating to criminal convictions or offences where its processing is subject to a specific regime.
The Client must also avoid transmitting personal data that is not necessary for its use of Enginora.
Enginora does not currently implement a mechanism guaranteeing automatic detection of such data in free-text fields.
4. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
The Client must only transmit to Enginora content, data and information that it is authorized to use.
In particular, where necessary, it is the Client’s responsibility to have:
- the rights to the content transmitted;
- the required authorizations;
- the necessary mandate where it acts on behalf of a third party;
- the right to use data originating from another service or tool.
The Client must not use Enginora to circumvent contractual or technical restrictions imposed by a third-party provider.
5. USE OF DRAFTS AND GENERATED CONTENT
Content generated in Enginora consists of Drafts, recommendations or working versions.
They are intended to undergo a substantive human review before publication or external use.
The Client must be able to:
- review the substance of the content;
- verify important information;
- modify the Draft;
- enrich or correct the Draft;
- reject all or part of the Draft.
Enginora does not perform any automatic publication in the version of the Service covered by this Policy.
The Client alone decides whether or not to publish content and assumes editorial responsibility for the version it uses.
6. SPAM AND ABUSIVE PRACTICES
The Client must not use Enginora as part of an activity whose main purpose is:
- sending spam;
- automated generation of content for manifestly fraudulent purposes;
- mass creation of content without human review for the purpose of misleading users or systems;
- creating or operating networks of websites primarily intended to abusively manipulate ranking systems;
- deliberately circumventing rules or anti-abuse measures of search engines, platforms or third-party services.
This provision does not prohibit legitimate large-scale use of Enginora by an agency or professional team as part of a controlled editorial workflow.
7. SECURITY AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
The Client must not attempt to:
- access an Account or data without authorization;
- circumvent authentication or authorization mechanisms;
- circumvent Service limitations or the Credits system;
- knowingly exploit a vulnerability;
- interfere with the operation of the Service;
- cause an excessive or abnormal load on the infrastructure;
- scan, test or attack the infrastructure without prior written authorization;
- access internal APIs or endpoints not intended for its use in an unauthorized manner.
Good-faith security testing requires prior approval from I AND YOO unless a specific responsible-disclosure framework has been published.
8. CREDENTIALS AND ACCOUNT SHARING
An Enginora Account is personal to an individual user.
The Client must not:
- share its credentials with a third party;
- allow several users to use the same Account simultaneously where the Plan does not permit it;
- resell or rent access to its Account;
- circumvent a user-count limitation.
In the current version of the Service, the Agency Plan remains associated with a single user.
It may be used to manage several projects or several clients, but it is not a multi-seat subscription.
9. AUTOMATION AND PROGRAMMATIC ACCESS
The Client must not use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service outside the features or interfaces expressly made available for that purpose.
In particular, the Client must not:
- automate the creation of operations in order to circumvent Credits;
- systematically extract internal Service data;
- automate calls to undocumented internal endpoints;
- reproduce the Service or its proprietary data through automated extraction.
This restriction does not limit the Client’s rights to retrieval, portability or reversibility under the Terms or applicable regulations.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
Subject to rights granted to the Client by law, the Client must not use the Service to:
- copy Enginora’s code or proprietary components;
- reproduce system prompts or internal processing chains;
- abusively extract proprietary databases or structures;
- deliberately reconstruct the internal logic of the Service for the purpose of competing reproduction.
Mandatory exceptions, including those relating to interoperability, remain applicable.
11. USES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROHIBITED BY LAW
The Client must not use Enginora to implement a practice prohibited by applicable artificial-intelligence regulations.
This prohibition includes, in particular, practices falling within the directly applicable prohibitions of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 where relevant to the intended use.
As Enginora is designed as an SEO/GEO workflow and professional Draft-generation tool, such uses do not correspond to the normal purpose of the Service.
12. CIRCUMVENTION AND FRAUD RELATING TO CREDITS
The Client must not:
- manipulate the Service to avoid the normal deduction of Credits;
- knowingly exploit an anomaly to obtain operations without the intended consumption;
- create or use multiple Accounts primarily to circumvent a commercial limitation;
- falsify information required for billing or payment.
Where a technical error attributable to Enginora causes an incorrect deduction, the mechanisms provided for in the Terms apply.
13. USE ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS
An agency, consultant or other service provider may use Enginora as part of services provided to its own clients.
It remains responsible for:
- having the necessary authorizations;
- complying with its own contractual and legal obligations;
- determining the data it transmits to Enginora;
- ensuring that the relevant processing concerning its own clients or principals is lawful.
Enginora is not a party to the contract entered into between the Client and its own clients.
14. REPORTING A SECURITY VULNERABILITY
A Client that discovers a vulnerability or behavior likely to affect Enginora’s security must avoid any exploitation going beyond what is strictly necessary to identify the issue.
The Client is invited to report the situation through the contact form.
The report should, as far as possible, avoid accessing, copying, modifying or disclosing data belonging to other users.
15. MEASURES IN THE EVENT OF A VIOLATION
Where I AND YOO identifies or reasonably suspects a violation of this Policy, it may take proportionate measures necessary to:
- protect the Service;
- protect other Clients;
- prevent continuation of unlawful or abusive use;
- protect the data and systems concerned.
Depending on the seriousness of the situation, these measures may include in particular:
- a request to correct the use;
- temporary limitation of certain functions;
- suspension of the Account;
- termination in accordance with the Terms.
Where immediate suspension is not necessary for reasons of security, fraud, manifest unlawfulness or protection of third parties, Enginora favors a proportionate response allowing the Client to remedy the issue.
16. REPORTING UNLAWFUL CONTENT OR USE
Any person who believes that use of Enginora violates this Policy or infringes their rights may use the contact form.
For a question concerning personal data:
The report must provide sufficient information to allow the situation to be reasonably identified and reviewed.
17. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
I AND YOO may amend this Policy, including to take account of:
- changes to the Service;
- new security risks;
- new abusive practices;
- regulatory changes.
Material amendments applicable to an ongoing contract are communicated in accordance with the arrangements set out in the Terms.
